As the picture portrays the Olympics have always had a cultural/political aspect. I will not be watching 2008's. This set reminds me of a cross between the Nuremberg rallies of '34 and Berlin '36. There will not even be the hypocrisy in America represented.

one of the most beautiful fotos ever. i could have used it in my post on the Olympics and the 1968 Tlatelolco massacre. would have worked in nicely with the theme of oppression.
