I'm with you all the way, Miranda. I have zero tolerance for disrespect, especially because my school is very diverse. I have a bully free classroom. What I tell them is to have a plan for their lives (they need to decided if it involves study and how much), and that knowledge must be pursued. I tell them a lot of stuff.

It has occurred to me that my brother would make a great POTUS, but he doesn't have the blind ambition, killer instinct or sense of entitlement. Too bad for the nation.

Have you seen old photos of Hillary with the coke bottle glasses? She was very unfortunate looking, yet she upgraded to the point that we don't think she and Bill don't match each other.

On the biological side, being an alpha male isn't about being pretty. In the animal kingdom, the male that kicks the most ass gets to mate while the other males get to watch. McCain is a warrior. Bill clinton is also. They have power and power attracts the ladies. I don't want to be sexist, but there are some biological factors, even when we try to deny them.

I'm not sure that it would have been in Rielle Hunter's best interests to tip off the Enquirer. She was already getting a payday from John via his friends, living in the mansion in the gated community. Elizabeth Edwards is going to die, so all Rielle Hunter had to do was wait it out and after a period of time surface with John and he could “adopt” her daughter. The only way I could see Rielle tipping off the Enquirer is if she felt scorned by John and wasn't getting her payday.

It's more likely that Elizabeth Edwards or Mrs. Young tipped off the Enquirer:

Mrs. Young might not have appreciated her husband having to take the fall for John Edwards;

Elizabeth Edwards might want revenge on John for putting himself over her, leaving her alone to campaign while she sits at home waiting to die, leaving her sick at home with two very young children, tipping out on her with his mistress of two years.

Elizabeth Edwards would have more access to John's comings and goings than Mrs. Young. She could have found out by leaning on one of the campaign staffers (because the low level staffer ALWAYS knows what's going on) or a nanny or maid. Peons always know what's up.

Like I said, Elizabeth Edwards may have gotten the ultimate revenge on John by destroying the thing he loves more than her: his political career.
