1) create a floor fight to embarrass Obama if they can't swing it to Billary at the last.
2) leave Obama wounded enough so he won't win
3) insist that PUMAS don't vote
4) keep feeding the McSame camp some lies

And Tubb-Jones, to her everlasting discredit, said some powerfully ugly and racist things about Obama.

I read her obit. I was surprised to find out that she was the first black Congressperson from Ohio. She certainly deserves credit for what she tried to do for Da Folx, but to go out from this world with some patently outrageous stuff under her belt that seemed dredged up from the likes of Faux Noise, Buchanan or Rush…she's going to spend eons making up for it.

Just a note to share how much we loved and will miss Stephanie Tubbs-Jones. My office is in the same building as her Cleveland congressional office and so I would see her almost every Friday (when she was in town). She never failed to take time out to share a kind word or to listen to the needs of her constituents. We, the citizens of Cleveland, have always honored our Congresswoman. She was truly a servant for her people and will be greatly missed. We keep her family, particularly her son Mervyn, in our prayers.

I'm getting real tired of those who probably never set foot in a house of worship trying to judge me. “Non of Your…” that's You, Anonymous, trying to come here and wax poetic about Stephanie Tubbs-Jones.

None of us would dispute what she did before she decided to back Hillary Clinton, and no one blames her for supporting Hillary, but she didn't have to tear down Obama in the process, and that's what she'll be most remembered for.

I didn't forget that she objected to the electoral votes in the 2004 election; she was the only CBC member that did so, along with getting Senator Barbara Boxer to sign off on it. For the most part, she was a progressive member of the CBC – unlike many of the other sell-outs. I research this group and publish analysis of their legislative behavior, so I know of what I speak.

As I said, from your POV, we shouldn't be able to disagree with what Ms. Tubbs-Jones stood for and yet pay our respects, but again, from my POV, and as a Christian, that makes YOU a DIPSHYT. PERIOD.

All they would need is Fake Noise there to cover Kwame's shenanigans and detract from Obama's nomination.

Feinstein's absence is no big loss, either – with her crooked corporate ass.

Not sure what Edwards would have brought to the events besides baby-mama drama.

The only loss is Ted Kennedy and Stephanie Tubbs-Jones. In that sense, God does work in mysterous ways…like trying to get the Democratic Party to grow a pair and start fighting back against the ReThug machine. Maybe their absences will inspire the insipid who will be there in Denver to stand up (Harry and Nancy, I'm talking about YOU).

People like Anonymous are so phony. The only reason why they're clinging to Tubbs-Jones unfortunate passing and pretending to be oh so hurt is to stick it to those who dared to criticize her, Clinton and anyone who disagree with them. It's really sick and pathetic.

Our feelings about her behavior during the primaries aren't so deep that we can't feel sadness and sympathy towards her family about her death. Too bad the same thing can't be said for some of these Hillary/Anti-Obama people.

She was a phenomenal black woman, indeed!

May her loving soul rest in peace with the Lord.

I hope that everyone who reads about this very sad news story realizes that aneurysms CAN BE detected by several medical tests BEFORE a rupture occurs.

Aneurysms do not just suddenly occur out of the blue. I hope that perhaps one black woman's life will be spared because she read about this tragedy and made sure that she went online to research all of the risk factors of aneurysms.
