We recently had friends from Rugby, UK come and visit and they were amazed at the junk that passes for food here.

But apparently, we're uppity if we turn up our noses as preservatives, processed foods and deep fried meats.

And I have dropped about two inches from my waist. I didn't change my diet, but the diet changed me. No high frutose corn syrup in nothing over here.

Bread baked fresh daily and no additives or preservatives. Whole grains that have to be eaten the day it's baked or it spoils.

And while I've seen Brit sistas hauling their kids into KFC over here, KFC can't fry that chicken with lard or any other additives. Less salt, and actually tastes better than in the states. Plus that chicken is free of hormones and other shyt American farmers do to them to get them to produce eggs at a faster clip.

They eat better than we do, and that's because all the additives and shyt are banned over here.

They also like Obama – they really want him to win because they would like to deal with an American leader that can comprehend stuff beyond a third grade level.

I'd be horrified if I learned Obama was slurping down Popeye's (LOL). He'd wind up looking like Al Wynn (Fat Albert to you guys, LOL)

After all, look at Murdoch. The man looks like Jabba's first Cousin and is probably pissed off that a good looking man like Obama might get the White House, restore FCC regulation and yank his ass off the air.

We can't get universal health care and when I'm asked why is that, I have to respond and say the health care industry believes it will go broke if they had to provide healthcare for free.

And when the BBC reported on Obama's fitness, it was like they were engaging in snark – as if to say “Those Americans are really stupid if this is all they have to report on regarding Obama” and their commentary has been they hope he won't fall for the foolishness. The Brits feel there's other things to be concerned about than Obama's weight. A suit hangs well on Obama – it looks like a clown suit on McCain, and the media, once again, is determining who's getting the White House.
