Monday Open Thread

Since this week will be historical in nature, politically, so will all the Open Threads. This is Hiram Rhodes Revels, the first African American to serve in the United States Senate. Since he preceded any African American in the House, he was the first African American in the U.S. Congress as well.

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. This week should be hopping for JJP. But, we can’t do it without your participation.

Have'nt read it yet, but he was on was of the programs last night. He basically said the reason she lost was simply because Obama ran a better , organized and strategic campaign. He also said some things regarding her campaign consisting more of people who were loyal to her (and she specifically chose people not loyal to her husband for obvious reasons), but that were not necessarily adept at running campaigns of this magnitude. I believe he excluded Harold Ickes.

He's gonna be embarrassed again if he does. His camp cannot be so stupid as to even attempt to deflect even a microscopic atomically small amount of time from Barack Obama on Thursday. I see they still haven't learned their lesson from the day Obama clinched the nomination with that painful speech he gave in front of that pukey green backdrop. It would behoove them to just wait until next week.

I wouldn't put it past him to name a woman VP and if anyone criticizes her they will play the “sexism” card to rile up Hillary voters.

I have seen his latest two commercials no less than twenty times today. You would think this week was the RNC convention.

Its called satire.You probably got a big laugh on that New Yorker cover and said it was satire.So tell me other than Coulter being a man what in that post didn't have some basis in truth
