And can you please define “victory” in Iraq. I still don't have a firm grasp on what that means. Because compared to our security pre-Iraq war and post-Iraq war, I don't understand how that invasion was in our best interests long term. So for people to quibble about “victory” in Iraq, my question, what exactly does that mean, and in light of that victory, is America, in a better position now than we were before?

As far as the other issues, I am not sure I agree with either position, which means I could never be a politician because I would be shouted down for being a flip flopper. Obama has suggested raising taxes for people with an income $250K +. I disagree with this. But McCain offers making Bush's tax cuts permanent, while acknowledging that it will significantly increase the deficit…I'm not too keen on this either.

Energy. I oppose more drilling because I think it is leading us down the wrong path, but since it looks like there will either be a compromise on this issue, or no legislation at all for awhile, I am willing to be open to the idea.

School choice: I have mixed feelings about the voucher system, which McCain advocates. On one hand, school vouchers would have been extremely helpful to me when I was growing up, but on the other, I wish that parents could send their kids to quality neighborhood schools and many instances, the best schools are not available in inner city neighborhoods. So I will have to do more research before I say yay or nay on the idea.
