John McCain is the most dangerous presidential candidate I’ve witnessed in my lifetime.

Amen.

I think politics, particularly the agony of the last seven years, has put us in the mindset that the forces against Obama are somehow stronger, more connected, more lethal then the forces in his favor.

But Obama is building an army. A grassroots army that no one will feel the full effects of until election day.

I know a lot of people that work with the Obama campaign, rich, poor, black, white . . . and I assure you, these people are not messin' around.

So instead of praying for Barack, pray for McCain . . . he may need it more.

for all his effort, mccain still looked and sounded like a complete and total ASS.

I hate the talking baboons, but I have to agree about the casual attire. If you're running for President, there are no casual statements or press releases. O sounded distracted also. The substance is quite another matter, it's just when you juxtapose the two, O will look at a disadvantage. This was a campaign slip-up. Not devastating, but something simple that they should have been on top of.

It's called double speak.

I'm not feeling it.

And didn't Feingold appear in the response ad, as well?

Even after the Democrats have been pushing back against the RNC ad that quotes Democrats, including Russ, praising McCain as a maverick?

And why would a man who's been good on civil liberties praise someone so who hasn't been and never will be?

I grew up in Wisconsin.

We are many things but quirky doesn't spring to mind.

I think Russ, who was slow to endorse Barack in the primaries, knows exactly what he's doing.

And it ain't popping off.
