Its not if you look at US presidential elections as a charade. If people would stop playing BLACK Victim long enough they would look at the facts.business dealings with and campaign fundraising with associates like TONY Retzo(sic) ,Bill Ayers, and Rev Wright is serious carreer ending baggage for any politician. However the media supressed all of this until Barrack clenched the momination and then eaed the pain with a series of staged acts and denouncements. To think that Palins inexperience and teenage daughter being pregnant is euivalent to associations with Syrian bagmen, radicals who set explosions in the pentagon and Black ministers who tell the truth about US terrosism is euivalent is very naive.Obama was handed the primaries and its possible he will be handed the presidency. All of these elections have been rigged since Eisenhower.atleast

I am posting this for the lurkers who need the information, not the troll "Jibreel Riley" who came in here a day late a dollar short and frankly, a little desperate.

Sarah Palin will meet Joe Biden in the VP debate - not Barack Obama. There is no need for him to even bother mentioning her name.

Sarah Palin was competing in beauty contests in 1984 when both John McCain and Joe Biden were already long in the Senate. She went on to be a local sportscaster in 1988 after going to community college and completing a journalism degree at the University of Idaho. She was mayor of a town of 9,000 by 1996 that she left in shambles (fiscally) and governor of a state with a population smaller than Chicago for the last 20 months ...

What about Barack Obama?

Barack Obama won the Democratic nomination fair and square by winning millions of votes all across this country. He beat the powerhouse Clinton team who had teams and strategies in place for years. He set up a 50 state operation from scratch and changed the face of political fundraising and campaigning with small donors giving as little as $5 over the internet and utilizing social media strategies to reach out to voters who use cell phones and laptops and don't show up in national polls.

Barack Obama had a Columbia University political science degree in 1984 as a community organizer; the first Black president of Harvard Law Review, a distinction that brought him to the attention of book publishers and resulted in his book "Dreams From My Father".

Barack Obama turned down a Supreme Court clerkship after Harvard and orchestrated one of the biggest black voter turnouts ever in Chicago that elected Carol Moseley Braun to the Senate and Bill Clinton to the presidency.

As pointed out on Obsidian Wings:

Obama has spent the past year and a half running a large organization -- as of last December, it had "about 500 employees and a budget of $100 million" -- and running it very well. It's not just that he and his team beat the Clinton campaign, which started out with enormous advantages. It's not even that he often did so by building effective political machines from scratch in states in which Clinton had locked down the political establishment.

http://obsidianwings.blogs.com/obsidian_wings/2...

Most conservatives that aren't kidding themselves are mortified by McCain's choice.
Sarah Palin will meet Joe Biden in the VP debate – not Barack Obama.

She was mayor of a town of 9,000 by 1996 that she left in shambles (fiscally) and governor of a state with a population smaller than Chicago for the last 20 months …

Barack Obama had a Columbia University political science degree in 1984 as a community organizer; the first Black president of Harvard Law Review, a distinction that brought him to the attention of book publishers and resulted in his book “Dreams From My Father”.

Barack Obama turned down a Supreme Court clerkship after Harvard and orchestrated one of the biggest black voter turnouts ever in Chicago that elected Carol Moseley Braun to the Senate and Bill Clinton to the presidency.

As pointed out on Obsidian Wings:

Obama has spent the past year and a half running a large organization — as of last December, it had “about 500 employees and a budget of $100 million” — and running it very well.
Most conservatives that aren't kidding themselves are mortified by McCain's choice. Many have had to backpedal and eat their words and are happy to be hypocrites to shill the party line.

As Rikyrah stated in the “Obama's Executive Experience Post” Obama gets NO credit. People IGNORE that he began from GROUND ZERO and had to build EVERYTHING.

And as another poster pointed out today:

“Black Americans don't suffer from a lack of accomplishment, they suffer from a lack of recognition of their accomplishments.”

Albert Murray – The Omni-Americans

Presidential scholars have already said that she is the least experienced, least credentialed person to join a major-party ticket in the modern era.

Charles Krauthammer, another hardline conservative who can't stand Obama is incredulous:

The Palin Puzzle

McCain had been steadily gaining on Obama (before the inevitable convention bounce) and had the race in a dead heat in a year in which the generic Democrat is running ten points ahead of the generic Republican. He had succeeded in making this a referendum on Obama. The devastating line of attack was, "Is he ready to lead?"

The Palin selection completely undercuts the argument about Obama's inexperience and readiness to lead -- on the theory that because Palin is a maverick and a corruption fighter, she bolsters McCain's claim to be the reformer in this campaign. In her rollout today, Palin spoke a lot about change. McCain is now trying to steal "change" from Obama, a contest McCain will lose in an overwhelmingly Democratic year with an overwhelmingly unpopular incumbent Republican administration. At the same time, he's weakening his strong suit -- readiness vs. unreadiness.

The McCain campaign is reveling in the fact that Palin is a game changer. But why a game changer when you’ve been gaining? To gratuitously undercut the remarkably successful "Is he ready to lead" line of attack seems near suicidal.

http://voices.washingtonpost.com/postpartisan/2...

I admit I build to many ideas around a single thought and its hard to follow. The central theme running through all my comments is this.Everything you see involving the media is staged to produce a desired effect,This includes the elections,news.etc.Once you react you have to question your thoughts and reactions because 9 times out of 10 you reacted in a way that was predicted to achieve a desired result. Its based on marketing advertising and every school of thought you can imagine,For further insight google THE COUNCIL OF FOREIGN RELATIONS.

You don't need to know how to type to use the "enter" key every once in a while. Right now, it's one impenetrable block of type.
