Of course he's human. He's likable. He has a beautiful, accomplished loving wife and family.
Conventional wisdom seems to be that the Obama's need to convince us that that they are 'normal Americans.' I don't think that's necessary.
Americans need to be made to feel confident that he has the experience and judgment to lead. Is he ready? That's it. Period.
Bashing McCain. Choosing Biden. Michelle as a keynote speaker. None of these strategies imbue Obama with experience and judgment and will do nothing to allay those concerns.
I really don't know what will…other than time.

I feel for Caroline. She's lost her dad, her mom and her brother. Ted stepped in and was there for her each time. Now he's seriously ill.
