Here’s a great video that points out to conservatives that there was an awful lot of resistance to Ronald Reagan’s celebrity profile and ability to communicate eloquently prior to his election. Ha. Check it out – it’s a blast from the past.

Celebrities who went on to hold office as Republicans – Ronald Reagan, Sonny Bono, Clint Eastwood, the Gopher guy from The Love Boat, and Arnold Schwarzeneger. Kelsey Grammer, also a Republican, has hinted he would like to run for U.S. Senate from California. The best the Democrats can seem to do is Al Franken. ;)

This is an EXCELLENT video.
People seem to forget, that Ronald Reagan did not win by a huge margin until up to the LAST VIDEO. Jimmy Carter had led.
People wanted change but was unsure of Reagan.
Does this sound familiar, anyone?
