I don't think the Dems should give up on Arizona. Arizona went for Bill Clinton, only to be given up without a fight by Gore and Kerry.
There are also a lot, and I mean a lot of Arizona voters who are really pissed off by the way that McCain has been pandering to the Religious Right and generally feel like the man has lost his damn mind.
Plus, if McCain can't take his own state, or at least dosen't take it by a landslide, think of what a black eye that would be.

The only way for Obama to win Virginia is to run up the score in Northern Virginia and down I-95 to Richmond and down I-64 to the Tidewater area. Running up the score in Northern Virginia is the key.

June polls means nothing. Absolutely nothing. Things can intervene and conditions can change. The election cannot and will not be won now; it can be lost now. And the Obama campaign is working on it with flubs in Detroit and speculation about a "World Tour," which is a ridiculous idea. Obama is running for President of the United States of American hence he needs to be in America. I can see Iraq and Afghanistan. European rallies would to a total disaster. It wouldn't play well among moderate and conservative voters...which Obama needs to win to win the election.
