My problem was with the state taking it upon itself to prosecute a wealthy black man when no one had filed charges. It's the same old story where a wealthy black man is made an example of. I did not at all see it as a black female is valued less. Perhaps if she or her family had filed a complaint, I could view it that way. This will catch up with him eventually unless he is receiving treatment. That said, I do enjoy his music and I believe he is a musical genius. I see it a bit differently.
