I’ve been beating that drum over and over again on my blog. The only way around the math is a complete implosion by the Obama campaign. Sorry, but this “small-town” dust up ain’t an implosion by any stretch of the imagination.

People can’t forget, the rural white voter (Lou Dobbs crowd) wasn’t a major part of Obama’s base to begin with. Even with his problems reaching rural whites he’s still beating Hillary and has an insurmountable lead in the pledged delegate race.

Bottom line: The super delegates are going to need a VERY good reason to overturn the pledged delegate leader (Obama). This ain’t it.

Obama is running as a change politico and he needs to be careful not to alienate Clinton voters he will need in the Gen election. Rem, after this nasty primary battle, he needs to unite the party to face the Republican onslaught and their 527s.

The Clintons meant this bitter-gate for bad, but if Obama and his surrogates can get the message out, I think there’s going to be a Howard Beale moment when people yell out their windows, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not gonna take this anymore!” If that happens, Clinton is done after Apr. 22.

My question is, why aren’t Obama’s surrogates out there hammering the Clintons’ wealth? They need to say, “who do you think is more out of touch or elitist, a guy who lived on food stamps and is worth less than $3mil, or a woman who grew up in a middle class family and earned $109mil over the last seven years?” Why aren’t his surrogates doing that?

And, Obama had best be careful with his choice of words, CNN and their love of all things HRC and her lordship HRC is tearing into him for his alleged elitist attitude, and, will blast it all weekend long for a public in Indiana which wasn’t going to vote for him anyway.

And, just what “values” does she have in common with the middle class, she is a $100 million dollar woman with a low self esteem who has stayed with a philandering husband for over 30 years, sorry your highness, anybody for the WH but you, and, I do mean anybody, with your passive, aggressive, condescending, arrogant, smug attitude and lie after lie ater lie.
