He was well-respected, well-educated, and well-versed in policy; but he was considered unelectable because.... <i>he was boring!</i> Blew my mind that someone could allegedly be everything one could hope for including experience wise; but because he was <i>boring</i> and ordinary personality wise he wasn't presidential material. It was the first time I came to realize that there may be more to the presidency than just 'leader' and 'knows things'.<br/><br/>That was all I knew of Hamilton. The DUers were having arguments the other day about how Hamilton was dead to them because of Iran/Contra and other stuff. I didn't know about all of that. <br/><br/>But congratulations to Obama for netting the Hamilton endorsement. Edwards is in hiding, right?
