Thanks to this diarist over at DKos for pointing it out. Makes me feel better as someone on the ground in Texas. Further irritation at the media for not doing its job. But what else is new?
In the UK, Americans voted in the primary two-to-one for Obama. I believe that is an understatement. Hillary supporters appear to hang in there, but Obama seems to have nearly universal support from British people. Everywhere I go with my Obama button, people want to talk and to tell me how great it would be if he were our President.
It appears that Obama won Texas. He might have won officially in both Texas and Ohio, had these states not permitted Republicans to vote for Democratic candidates. That is so ridiculous, particularly seen from an overseas point of view.

Would Barack merely be a sacrificial lamb or scapegoat in the fall campaign?
Barack was the proverbial "sacrificial lamb" back in Illinois when he was running for the U.S. Senate. The Democratic Party bosses--as they often have done--had determined that the clean-cut, young-looking Black guy wasn't "electable" enough; so they essentially left him for dead. Barack proved them wrong--as he's done this past year--and poised himself as a force to be reckoned with.

During his victory speech tonight He can say HE won Texas and thank the Texas voters for awarding the state to him through the Texas 2 step!

African Americans came out of the woodworks from everywhere in Texas to vote for Obama. Even in the smallest of counties--Barack all the way! Caucus night--people that don't normally be out late were there to cast their vote! Some polling sites even ran out of paper b/c there were so many people.
Barack won Texas & the media need to correct it! Send your e-mails to them until it's done! Please--everyone continue to do your part because we're almost there!
And Props to all who are getting it done! God Bless!

I hope that the media tonight, when they are reporting on Barack's win in Wyoming and the Wyoming delegate count, will also mention Texas and the Texas delegate count.
Between Wyoming and Texas delegate wins, her Ohio "victory" disappears.

For all the Americans here who want change, and who support Barack.
You really need to know that you're not alone. There are people all over the world watching and supporting you. Whites, blacks, Asians love & respect this man and what he stands for.
Don't ever forget that.

My head is about to explode. It was clear on Tuesday night that Obama would get enough caucus votes to win the delegate count --- and therefore WIN THE STATE. So far, NPR, Daily Kos and Keith Olbermann have reported the facts. The rest of the MSM is living in the alternate reality fed them by the Clinton campaign and have shaped the entire week's story with a falsehood. People, please don't let them get away with this. E-mail, call, don't leave them alone, and demand that they correct the record.

Yes, that is what he would be so I pray he does not take it!

After the massacre of February 5, for Hillary to succeed would've required a Democratic version of Bush's victory over Gore in 2000. The numbers just weren't there for her to win legitimately. David defeated Goliath but the media colluded with the Clintons to create an image of viability. What Barack did was deliver a political version of the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique.
The real question for Senator Obama and you guys is does Barack take this tarnished prize or does he leave Washington and stage a successful run for governor of Illinois and seek redemption in 2012 or 2016? It is undeniable that HRC has essentially endorsed the Republican challenger over Obama. She can't take that back. But has the Democratic leadership, by its silence, also done the same? Would Barack merely be a sacrificial lamb or scapegoat in the fall campaign?

Could someone please tell me what her experience is??? being married to a former president, who wasn't that good btw, does not make you qualified for the job. If, that's the case, we could have had Barbara Bush, or Rosalyn carter, or even Nancy Reagan run for office. The only experience she has from what I've seen is that she has been running for the job since her much hearlded health care reform in his first term, and, the sound defeat of it that's still ringing in her ears, that did one thing, brought her to tears, which, she is saving up for a later date until the convention to turn on.

Last night Olberman on MSNBC stated OBAMA WINS TEXAS and yet she claims it!

Barack wins Texas and nothing from the media!

I do believe that Clinton's secret weapon is to attack Obama on his lack of experience.
I know Obama has experience. But many people don't know that. Recently, two people (who I know real well) have told me that Obama is "inexperienced".
A person who doesn't keep close track of politics can be swayed by Clinton's "experience" argument. Obama does look YOUNG!! I think THIS IS WHY THE RED PHONE AD WORKED.
Obama must find a way to spread the word: he has experience. "Experience" may be Clinton's magic bullet.
