It might be politics, but it’s not politics that I can live with or be a part of or in any way support.

Obama’s not a saint, he’s just a decent man with character and a plan for the country.

What’s does Clinton have other than a desire to be POTUS – however she can get there even if that means throwing you to the sharks.

You’re no longer matter to her – you’re African American – she’s moved on to the uneducated white males. I haven’t seen any Hispanics on this blog pleading her case. They’ve figured it out – why haven’t you.

No. Its called politics!! Get over it. The Republican who was supposed to run against Obama went down bc of personal scandal. And I’m almost certain that information was discovered by the party or by Obama’s campaign.

It happens all the time. They didn’t invent this just for Barack Obama.

And he and his followers shouldn’t expect anyone to be light on him bc you all like him so much. If you all want him to be ready you need to buckle up because it won’t stop even if he becomes president.

Obama has danced around the race issue when it suits him. And he preaches about race when it suit him. Oh…yeah…and he didn’t even have time for the Black State of the Union…though Clinton was able to make it.

I am Black but am not nearly as impressed as you all. This man needs white voters so he and his supporters need to get with the program and stop whining.

People have made this man out to be iike a saint. There’s no where else to go but down. Good luck.

If hell has political parties, they’ll be trying to divide them too.

Bill Clinton clearly is suggesting that Obama does not love his country and that nominating a black candidate would be a burden on the process. According to Clinton, as I read it, what the country needs is two white candidates that love and represent the white majority. country and represent the majority of the country.

Obama came to us on March, 18 with one of the most generous and brilliant speeches that has been delivered on American soil. He spoke honestly of things all other American leaders have been too timid and self-serving to even mention. Standing behind him were the sprits of countless murdered, enslaved, tortured, lost black Americans. Their blood cries out for revenge and yet Obama offered forgiveness, perspective and understanding.

I ask this again. Why are there no democrats or liberals publicly defending Wright and giving his statements the proper context and history as eloquently as this conservative?

Can anyone believe that Peck’s statements were no longer available to Fox News, and that they did not recognize this former Reagan aide?

This fight between Clinton and Obama looks like it is going to the convention. Dean, Pelosi and Reid are too ineffective to stop it. The gap between Clinton and Obama supporters grows wider and is filled with animosity. There will be defections from the party no matter who ends up winning the nomination. The party is effectively split.

Can the Dems get united behind Obama? How will Obama unite the party?

I guess, when we were asked about which one of Hillary’s personalities would show up for the remainder of the primary season, we have our answer.

“KITCHEN-SINK” Hillary showed up and shows no signs of leaving, even though every one, starting with Bill Richardson, is telling her to hand over the keys so someone can drive her home.

John Edwards or Al Gore need to come out from whereever they are hiding and put an end to this madness, NOW.

They’ll use Wright when they’re in trouble – the prayer breakfast where Bill is repenting for Lewinsky – but now will use Wright in a cheap manner to frighten superdelegates. They are doing this to the group most loyal to them during impeachment.

I understand people who prefer Hillary to Barack as a president. But, at some point, don’t their tactics tell us something about how they’ll govern? Opportunism and political expediency, without any moral center, sounds risky, to say the least.

I also have some residual respect for Amb Joseph Wilson, who told the truth about Niger and yellowcake uranium. But this is garbage. Especially this:

Clinton’s slim hopes of winning the nomination are not helped by this. They are hurt. In fact, let me amend what I said in the first paragraph: If her campaign persists in peddling this sort of kamikaze stuff–and make no mistake, this sort of op-ed is usually vetted by the campaign–her judgment should be called into question.

If Klinton wants to troll for “ignorant bigot” vote, by all means let her have them.

Why is it that Clinton only does positive things after Obama has already done them. You would think with all of her connections to the black and hispanic communities, whe would have done it long ago! Or perhaps spoke up to defend Reverend Wright and the black church.
