As for Obama calling out the Clintons: good. They drew first blood in the first place. And the fact that every other candidate EXCEPT the Clintons has already released their information is suspect.

The Clintons are shady. I wonder what’s really going down with their ‘charities’, because more and more it just looks like that shit is about money laundering. It was also wrong to put those rumors out about them not having money and letting the blogosphere run with it for a couple days until they raised a good-sized amount for publicity purposes from people who felt sorry for them… *then* admitted the Clinton campaign didn’t have money problems after all. That’s almost as bad as what Fred Thompson has done to well-meaning working class Republicans, in the name of McCain and the good old boys network in the GOP. Thompson is worse, for never having intended to make a serious run but collecting money anyway.

The Clintons are just shady.

(a) Romney folded from the race with any motive other than to preserve his prospects for 2012?
(b) Obama / HRC’s plans to withdraw from Iraq and minimise the damage yet to be caused by that disastrous invasion represent a victory for radical Islam? Radicalism will surely be the biggest loser from a withdrawal.

Even amongst conservative Republicans, Romney represented a best of the worst, who’d flip-flopped on too many issues to be credible but (in the words of some of his supporters I saw on CNN) was “at least saying the right things now”.

He pumped $millions into his campaign, completely rescinded many of the views he’d professed before he had his eye on the top job, and then crashed and burned. Sure it’s a waste.

Since the republican nominee has been chosen, I guess all of those independents and like-minded republicans (who would’ve voted for McCain) can cross over now (in the remaining democratic primaries) and vote for the Next President of the United States Barack Obama.

Rush Limbaugh instructed McCain to give Huckabee the VP slot today…it was good advice…

Based on d., Hillary Clinton should step aside for the security of this country.

Thankfully, I’m not one of those people.

He recognized that his campaign was going to make it difficult for the Republican Party to unite behind McCain, and that help a democrat win. Which would ultimately set in motion our surrender to terrorism and radical Islam.

I didn’t always agree with Romney, but I respect him more now than I did before. He ran a good campaign, and I would hope there’s a cabinet position for him somewhere.
