I’m a Canuck, from north of your country and when I watched Obama’s speech on You Tube I was so totally impressed! It’s like he’s taken what MLK said oh-so many years ago and put it into action. He’s not so much dreaming as DOING!

For the sake of the world, I truly hope that you, the American people, can take back your country from the corporatist slime who would have you all be slaves. We are all watching.

Obama’s speech gave me goose bumps. I was mesmerized and deeply impressed.
PS I am a white male, former Clinton supporter now leaning towards Obama. The only piece that’s left to seal the deal is that I want to be convinced that he will fight the Republicans when they come at him, because it is going to be rough.

It was not missing last night. Last night, as I wrote before, I saw the man, with every word he spoke, grow into that speech. He was taking himself to another plain, and asked the American people to come with him. When he pointed to Michelle and said ' You..You..', had there ever been such an honoring of the Black woman than in that moment?

You were certainly not the only woman feeling that way last night.
