He has done his duties to our race and our nation. He has teed up the ball for us and sadly too many of those who took his place have been making divots on the driving range.

Instead of debating about King being a liberal/conservative - Democrat or Republican I have far more interest in INSPECTING THE STRATEGY THAT WAS LAID OUT BY Bayard Ruskin in the wake of MLK's Death.

Mr. Ruksin stated that the plan as agreed upon by a collection of Black leaders who had huddled together to answer King's question "Where do we go from here" was to have:

(Front end tasks by Black folks)
1) Black people vote
2) To place other Blacks in elected positions
3) Over the Black community
4) as Democrats

(Back end results to the Black community)

1) we will CONTROL our communities
2) and Black people will benefit as a result.

It is clear that the Black community has DONE ITS PART.
It is my opinion that the BACKEND BENEFITS have not been recognized by the Black community.

The bigger threat to the BLACK INTERESTS is that too many of our people have BECOME what the front end tasks asked us to do while having lost sight of the BACKEND RESULTS that were to come.

Too many Blacks live vicariously throught the electorial success of the Democratic party.

The attempts at painting people Liberal or Conservative and have THIS to determine "who is against us" is HOLLOW.
