According to the TMPMuckraker link, this Tanner fellow has been around for a while. He’s also enjoyed quite a bit of latitude with respect to his movement within and outside of the agency.

I suppose he just woke up one morning – during the Bush administration, no less – and decided it was time to “get gansta” with his racism.

I commend Senator Obama for his leadership on this matter.

More stupidity from black “leadership”. Sorry, but hanging a noose isn’t a crime. Stupid, ignorant and racist? Yes. A crime? Nope.
