I agree that it doesn't seem aggravated, I don't think it was intentional.I'm no lawyer, but I definitely think this should have been a slam dunk on the lesser charge of manslaughter. This after seeing the video and just the common sense of knowing that 7 adults could have surely seen that they could not MAKE him comply and move on to a consequence for noncompliance.
