You must empower the strong vissionary students to help foster a culture that oppresses foolish antics. Too heavy a hand stifles their creativity and leadership qualities. The problem stems from a lack of mission by the previous administration. Ceremonial affectations notwithstanding, you gotta get in there and TALK to these boys. Feel them for real. Treat them as men. Not catholic schoolers. I mean, I am not for the pajamas and sagging pants (that mess belongs in the TRASH), but when a person is PAYING $30K a year to earn an education and now you want to enforce an attire that all individuals may not be able to afford????…….Are they GIVING the jackets to the men? If not, college, is, ONCE AGAIN, becoming a division of the havs and have nots. The have nots are already struggling to pay for school and STAY there……now this…..

Jury is still out…….gotta marinate on that one for a second…….
