Congressional ethics experts say, for example, that California Senator Dianne Feinstein, the new chairman of the Senate Rules Committee (now in charge of regulating the ethical behavior of her colleagues) for many years has been beset by her own ethical conflicts of interest. For years she steered millions in tax dollars to (Iraq War) defense contractors her husband controlled.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Perhaps the old double standard for African-American males is a more important theme to develop and to revisit in these articles, as we move towards the Jefferson trial.</description>
