What I didn't expect to find in the comments on this post, at this blog, is people ignoring the fact that it was a split decision, despite the excerpt in the post that makes it clear that CBC members are not unanimously supporting Jefferson. Watt, Clyburn, Jackson-Lee and Kilpatrick got some payola from Jefferson, and that’s why they had to circle the wagons around him.

Let’s review.
