		<description>The story about this party reminds me of the earlier post about subtle vs. overt racism in campaign ads.  They&#039;re both racist, it doesn&#039;t matter that the campaign managed to maintain plausible deniability.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Same goes with the party: sounds like hanging the pirate was just a way of maintaining plausible deniability.  Then again, it&#039;s hard to know without having been there.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I can&#039;t imagine that commercial hip hop is helping matters.  But on the other hand, you&#039;ve got to wonder if there&#039;s some way to use the influence and reach of commercial hip hop to defuse this kind of stuff?  Just a thought.</description>
